Where is the conference taking place?
Our conference will be held at LinkedIn Mountain View Campus in California, on August 9, 2024 from 8:00am - 5:30pm PST.
The venue is fully accessible and designed to accommodate all attendees comfortably.
Who should attend the conference?
This conference is inclusive and open to all. If you support Latina/Latinx/Latine pay equity and empowerment, then this is for you!
Anyone who buys a ticket can attend the VIP Mixer! It's a great way to mingle with speakers, sponsors, and Lean In Latinas leadership and members.
How should I dress?
Business casual with your special flare. Bring ALL of you! Consider you'll be walking to/from parking lot, to breakouts, and will be mixing and mingling with others. Bring a layer in case we turn on AC.
Will masks be required?
Masks are not required but we will have them available for those who feel more comfortable with them.

How can I get to the conference venue?
LinkedIn is easily accessible by car, public transportation or ride share.
Free parking at LinkedIn will be provided. We will send more info out to registered conference attendees as we get closer to the event.
I am from out of town - which airport should I fly into?
We recommend flying into San Jose Airport. Should you fly into San Francisco airport, you will need to account for a ~25 mile drive to the Mountain View area (Uber, Rental Car, etc.)
I am from out of town - where should I stay?

What does the ticket price include?
Your ticket includes the full day of conference speakers and workshops, access to experts and coaches, morning coffee/tea and light bites, catered lunch, snacks, and goodies.
Can I transfer a ticket I end up not being able to go?
Yes, you can do that via Eventbrite.
What is a "Pay It Forward" Ticket?
Can't make it to the 2024 Lean In Latinas Take Charge Conference? No worries! You can still make an impact by purchasing a "Pay It Forward" ticket. Your ticket will be gifted to someone who otherwise couldn't attend, empowering the next generation of Latina leaders. Let's lift each other up!
